But sometimes it’s important to look back at how we got to where we are now, especially when we make new connections. 

 

Before founding my coaching company, I spent ten years as a project manager in the construction industry. 

 

I have always been a high achiever, striving for success and taking action to get there.

But sometimes it’s important to look back at how we got to where we are now, especially when we make new connections. 

 

Before founding my coaching company, I spent ten years as a project manager in the construction industry. 

 

I have always been a high achiever, striving for success and taking action to get there.

But it wasn't always the shiny yellow sunshine-tinted glasses of success you see now

I let my imposter syndrome get in the way as I slogged to climb the ranks in a male-dominated industry

I worked 70 hour weeks  until it impacted my physical and mental health and I reached TOTAL burnout.

I lost sight of my identity and tried to emulate other leaders instead of being uniquely me

I made decisions without truly understanding what filled me with joy

Sound
